Terms of Service

Prillo is a software application operated by Simply Chill, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By using Prillo ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The product is at https://app.prillo.co. The marketing site is https://prillo.co.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be:

  • at least 18
  • authorized to bind a business, if you are signing up for one

2. Your Content

  • You own what you upload and what Prillo generates for you
  • You grant Prillo a license only to process that content to provide the service

3. Your Responsibility for Output

  • AI can be wrong
  • Review posts before you publish them
  • You are responsible for what is posted to your accounts

4. Acceptable Use

How you may use avatars, voices, and publishing is covered by the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Accounts and Connected Services

  • You are responsible for activity on your Prillo account
  • Ayrshare, YouTube, and the social networks you connect are third parties with their own terms
  • Connecting an account lets Prillo act only within the permissions you grant

6. Plans, Credits, and Billing

  • Subscriptions renew until you cancel them
  • Credits reset monthly as described on the pricing page
  • Founding Member is a one-time purchase for the life of the product
  • Top-up credits follow your plan's rules

7. Beta and Disclaimers

  • Beta features may change or be removed
  • The service is provided "as is" and as available
  • We do not warrant that Prillo will be uninterrupted, or that AI output will be accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for claims related to Prillo is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify the Company against claims that arise from your misuse of Prillo, from content you upload or publish, or from your violation of these Terms or someone else's rights.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using Prillo at any time
  • We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms
  • What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Simply Chill, LLC is registered.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
