1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to run Prillo.

Account

• Name
• Email address
• Password hash, stored by Supabase Auth

Content

• Audio, video, text, and YouTube links you upload or paste
• Transcripts of that content
• Generated posts and your edits

Brand kit

• Logo
• Headshot
• Colors

Avatar data for Wave videos

• Headshot
• Voice sample
• Video recording
• Identity-consent records

Connected accounts, billing, and records

• A profile key for social accounts connected through Ayrshare, not your passwords
• Billing through Stripe. We never see or store card numbers
• Product analytics through PostHog
• Approval and publish audit records

2. YouTube and Google User Data

If you connect YouTube, we request the youtube.readonly scope.

We access:

• The signed-in user's own channel id and name
• Their video list (titles, thumbnails, and dates)

Prillo retrieves the transcript of a video you select. It does not download the video.

We do not:

• use it for ads
• sell it
• transfer it except to subprocessors needed to provide the feature (e.g. transcription)

Humans don't read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with law.

Prillo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect YouTube by either:

• Settings → Connections. We revoke the token and delete it.
• Revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

YouTube data is also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

We use data to:

• transcribe what you give us
• generate posts in your voice
• render Wave videos
• schedule and publish to the accounts you connect
• handle billing, support, and security
• improve the product through aggregate analytics

• We do not sell personal data
• We do not use customer content to train our own AI models

These providers process data so we can run Prillo:

5. Retention and Deletion

• Avatar assets are deleted 7 days after the plan that includes them ends
• Disconnecting YouTube deletes its token
• Deleting your account removes your data and deletes your avatar and social sub-profile with our providers
• Backups age out on the provider's schedule

Email support@prillo.co to request deletion or a copy of your data.

6. Likeness and Voice

• We create an avatar or voice clone only after your explicit consent
• Consent records are kept for audit

• Encryption in transit
• Access controls

8. Children

Prillo is not for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
